3. User Content & Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain complete, unrestricted ownership of any images, photographs, artwork, screenshots, or design files that you load or paste into our canvas tools. Because our tools execute 100% in local browser memory via HTML5 Canvas, we never receive, store, view, or claim any ownership or license in your uploaded materials.

Our Intellectual Property: The Real Colour Picker brand name, website logo, custom graphical user interface, domain name, and software code are the intellectual property of Real Colour Picker. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or distribute our website software as a competing commercial product without prior written consent.

4. Prohibited Conduct

When using Real Colour Picker, you agree not to:

• Engage in automated Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks or deliberately overload our hosting infrastructure.
• Deploy automated bots or aggressive scrapers that degrade performance for other human users.
